My Approach
Our life experiences often inform the way we live. We tend to create narratives of our lives that sometimes affect our self-perception, our capabilities and our self-worth. These stories can be self-limiting and often lead us to repeat the same patterns of behaviour, over and over again with undesirable outcomes. The great news is that these patterns and narratives can be changed. I am passionate about helping my clients reconstruct their narratives and recognize their inner strengths, value and worth. I also teach clients coping strategies that can help build self-confidence, empower, increase happiness and, propel their lives forward and improve overall well-being.
I recognize that each individual is unique and work with an eclectic approach with varying modalities catered to each individual need. I collaborate with clients to develop a plan to achieve goals in a way that works best for them. I am non-judgmental, gentle, honest and practice with a culturally sensitive, strengths-based, compassionate and humanistic approach.

I also have a specialty in grief and can support individuals in their caregiving, grief and bereavement journeys. In addition, I can support those diagnosed with life threatening illnesses and those impacted by trauma.
